As a Support Team Member at Nice Guy Technology, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ technology is tuned up and set up correctly so that other members of the team can provide a great experience when they deliver.
Support Team member responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
Performing PC and Mac tune-ups
Transferring data between devices
Preparing client pickup and delivery bags
Updating inventory and internal databases
Assisting in the setup and configuration of new tech devices
Erasing old hard drives, computers, smartphones, tablets
Supporting organization and cleanliness of the workroom
Learning and using new software systems and tools
Qualifications:
Proven experience interacting with others on the phone in a business setting
Ability to type 50 WPM with excellent accuracy
Experience with both macOS and Windows
Willingness to learn different apps and platforms when not familiar with them
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Ability to properly set expectations with clients
Clear, concise and precise communication is an absolute must
Being resourceful to come up with a solution
Attention to detail and observation skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Having a profit mindset
Gets excited checking items off a to do list
A love for people (mostly retired folks)
The Details

Part time or full time
We are open to both options for the right candidate
Full time is considered 32-40 hours
Part time is considered 0-32 hours
When you will work
Typical hours will be between 7 am and 6 pm Monday through Thursday.
We are flexible as some of the tasks can be done at any point in time and others should be done during business hours.
Fridays would be an option for someone working 40 hours per week
Pay range
Full time will start between $24-$27 per hour depending on experience
Part time will start between $18-$24 per hour depending on experience
Paid time off
Full time will receive 18 days of paid time off per year, accrued at 5.5386 hours per pay period (based on 40 hours worked per week)
Part time will receive 1 hour of earned sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked

Your work location will be at the Nice Guy Technology office located in Apple Valley
