  • This year we will be offering dedicated pick up and delivery windows. The plan is to offer two pickup and delivery windows.

    Pick ups will take place on Monday mornings with Wednesday deliveries and on Wednesday mornings with Friday deliveries. We may offer additional pick up dates and will communicate expected delivery date when scheduling.

  • After you purchase the Sping Cleanup Offer, you will be added to our list. Our Client Connection Team (Liz or Andie) will reach out in the order in which people purchased the Spring Cleanup Offer to schedule pickup of your computer. In past years, over half of the people purchased the offer on the last week possible. We anticipate this being popular so if you want to get your computer worked on sooner, purchase today!

  • Yes, we will make sure that your computer gets taken care of once you are back in MN.

  • We encourage people to attend live when possible. If you are unable to join live, a recording will be sent out via email shortly after the completion of the webinar. You can watch the recording whenever it is convenient for you.

  • Within reason. Nice Guy Technology staff member must be able to lift the items and fit them in their vehicle. If someone has so much stuff that it won't fit into our vehicle, we will take a single car load for the price of $49.

  • We will charge an extra $10 per display or TV.
