Thinking about a new iPhone?
Apple typically announces new iPhones in September. You can request your appointment before August 31 and schedule the actual upgrade after the new models are announced. You'll still get the $50 gift card.

Common questions
How do I know if I should upgrade my device?
Most people consider upgrading when they notice performance issues like slow speeds or crashing apps, or when their device no longer receives security or system updates. If you're not sure whether it's time, we're happy to help you decide.
How do I qualify for the $50 gift card?
Purchase a new device and hire us for at least one hour to set it up, or use our $199 in-office data transfer service. The gift card is specifically for new device upgrades — general troubleshooting or repair appointments don't qualify. One gift card per household.
What counts as an upgrade?
Replacing any device with a newer one. Computers, phones, tablets, routers, printers, smartwatches, TVs, streaming devices, e-readers, and smart speakers all count.
Can I wait to upgrade my iPhone until the new models come out?
Yes. Request your appointment before August 31, 2026, and you can schedule the actual upgrade after Apple's September announcement. You'll still receive the gift card.
When will I receive my gift card?
We'll hand you the gift card in person at the end of your appointment whenever possible. Otherwise, we'll mail it to you within two weeks.
Do you help me choose what to buy?
Absolutely. We ask about how you use your technology and recommend the right device for your needs and budget. We can even order it for you.
What happens to my old device?
We can securely erase it and recycle it, or help you with a trade-in if it still has value. Your personal data is always wiped before anything leaves your home.
Do NGT+ members get extra savings?
Yes. NGT+ members still get their 15% discount on all services, plus the $50 gift card. The savings stack.
